You can download a Membership Form (PDF), to print out, fill in, MNFHS Membership Formand return by post to our Membership Secretary, Philip Shakespeare (temporary).

The Membership Form is in two parts;

  • Part A is the Membership Application Form.
  • Part B* is the Members Interests Form.

*Part B is optional and should be completed if you would like your interests to be included in our Members Interests Directory, which is updated on the website regularly. The Interests of members who join after publication will be included in the next issue of our Newsletter.

Subscription Rates:


  • £12 – Individual
  • £18 – Couple living at same address


  • £16.50 – Newsletter by surface mail
  • £12 – Newsletter by e-mail

Note: For members joining after 1st Oct, the subscription will run until the 31st December of the following year.

The Mid Norfolk Family History Society holds Members names, postal and email addresses, and
telephone numbers electronically. This personal data will only be used to forward Newsletters
and contact members who have given their consent. (Consent may be withdrawn at any time by
contacting the Membership Secretary).

The personal details will be used lawfully and in a manner that only those who have a right to
them have access. They will not be passed on to any commercial undertaking or mailing lists.
